GCS will provide a roll-out plan and bring the solution live under the
setting described in the initial phase. All client resources needed to
effectuate the change will be finalized. Also, the necessary end user
and support training needs will be gathered.
Initial Roll-out of Solution
- Provide agent access to the solution in a production-like environment
so the new application functionality can be validated and problem areas
addressed prior to implementation.
- Identify any problems with using the solution,
processes and workflows in a production-like environment.
- Fine tune processes and workflows before distribution to all users
Training
- Provide unique training plan for client’s
specific end user and support needs.
- Conduct on-site training sessions.
- Provide necessary training materials
