Software Development Manager

We are seeking for a Product Development Manager to join our team. This individual will provide leadership in both management and technical aspects for the team.

Requirements for this position include:

• 10+ years of industry experience out of which at least 5+ years experience in leading and managing development initiatives of software products.
• Extensive working knowledge of the cutting edge technologies for software development, databases, and programming languages.
• Experience with system architecture, system design, development and maintenance of web-based and client server systems.
• Experience in preparing project plans, budgets, and resource planning.
• Experience in managing software development team of 10 or more people.
• International experience is not required but is a BIG plus.

• Develop, and communicate ideas for new product development.
• Create the System Architecture, and Design.
• Resource planning, hiring and training of developers.
• Setting goals and holding people accountable for their goals.
• Provide technical, and management leadership to the development team.
• Timely completion of development activities.
• Prepare Project plan and Budget for complete product development life cycle.
• Develop long-term product and business strategies.

Technical Lead

Requirements for this position include:

• 5+ years of industry experience out of which at least 2+ years experience as a technical lead for the development team in the area of software development.
• Extensive working knowledge of the cutting edge technologies for software development, databases, and programming languages.
• Experience with system architecture, system design, development, and maintenance of web-based and client server systems.
• Experience in preparing project plans.
• Experience as a technical lead for software development team of 10 or more people.
• International experience is not required but is a BIG plus.

• Setting goals and holding people accountable for their goals.
• Provide technical leadership to the development team.
• Timely completion of development activities.

Programmer

Requirements for this position include:

• 3+ years of industry experience out of which at least 1+ years experience as a programmer in the area of software development.
• Working knowledge of the cutting edge technologies for software development, databases, and programming languages.
• Experience with system architecture, design, and development of web-based and client server systems.
• Has worked as a developer with team of 10 or more people.
• International experience is not required but is a BIG plus.
  

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Understand the requirements and create system design, and other documentation.
• Understand the design and code it to the design specifications.
• Timely completion of development activities.
