GCS Development Process

On every project we provide a Business Requirements Document (BRD) that outlines the business requirements for the project. This will not detail solutions but will instead focus on the specific needs and drivers behind the needs. This document is a vehicle for communicating the business requirements to the development team and the larger business community. Through dialogue this document will evolve into a realistic set of requirements from which the development team will work to define, develop, and deliver a project that addresses all your needs.

Once the BRD is complete, the sponsoring Business Unit will approve the requirements. The Business Analyst will then write a Functional Design Document that will be used to perform an Effort Analysis by the development team.
